Cascal appointed Stephane Richer as their new Chief Executive Officer. French born, Stephane Richer, aged 44, graduated as Docteur-Ingenieur in 1985 and has subsequently gained a wealth of experience in operating and developing businesses in a wide variety of international water companies. He has worked for a number of water companies, including Three Valleys Water (UK) as Group Operations Manager, United Water International (Australia) as Managing Director, and Vivendi Water head office (France) as Vice President of Operations.
Commenting on his new position, Stephane said, "Cascal's priorities are to improve the performance of its existing projects and to identify and implement sound business development opportunities. I look forward to steering Cascal to more successes for the benefit of the communities we serve, our employees and our shareholders."
