Cascal knows that motivated and well trained staff are essential for the delivery of world class water services. Training is delivered by Cascal’s visiting experts, by staff exchange programmes and “on the job” using established training programmes. The training introduces new technology, enhanced computer literacy, in addition to new systems and procedures.
